Sat in the bar. Massive TV to enjoy the Warriors NBA game on Chinese New Year and we had a feast with the highlight being the Peking Duck. Old school employees that know service and just a great night. Forgot to take pictures into the destruction was done

We hand a long trip to Napa and chose this restaurant as our first family meal and it did not disappointed! Everything was delicious and came out hot. Between the 6 of us, we must have ordered maybe 12-14 dishes and we finished EVERYTHING. i'm used to ordering Chinese food and expecting it to be extremely dense, heavy, and oily. Nothing here was like that at all! Even the foods that were partially fried were very light. Best dish of the night was the corn soup. It comes with and without chicken. We really liked it without.

I have tried a good amount of Chinese restaurants before but truthfully when I came here with my sister and mom today, Empress M is my favorite by far! AMBIANCE: Very pretty and the way the restaurant shows the culture's art in their scenery at the entrance and all around the interior is beautiful! Also very clean!! SERVICE: The workers are very sweet and kind! They even gave some recommendations and were super attentive to our table's needs (water, extra utensils, adding to the order, etc.) FOOD OVERALL: Very good, 4.5/5. Will come here again when the craving kicks in (Detailed Food Review below) Honey/Crispy Walnut Shrimp: 4.5/5! It was extremely good, not overcooked or undercooked, just right with its taste. -0.5 because I feel like it deserves just a liiiittle bit more in a serving. Roast Peking Duck (Half): 5/5!! The problem with most Chinese food and restaurants I encounter is that their roast duck is typically too greasy or undercooked. The roast duck here is the best I've tried yet - crispy skin, delicious meat, tastes great, and pairing that with the sauce, sliced cucumber and bun (not pictured) it came in was just perfect! Sauteed String Beans w/ Minced Pork: 5/5! Very tasty, not too overflowing in flavor, and just right! Crispy Flounder: 5/5! Glad we came in at the perfect time for this to just get added to the menu This was amazing! I'm not typically one to venture to other fried fishes, but this one was sooo good, the fish meat slides off the bones so delicately and the crunch of the exterior was amazing! Soup Dumplings: 4/5. -1 because it seems like for half of the soup dumplings I bit into, they didn't have any soup in them? I LOVE soup dumplings but I was disappointed that some didn't have what it was named for :( but when I did have them, amazing!! Would definitely order again!! Overall, dining here was an amazing experience that's definitely worth trying yourself. Love the food and everything about this place. If I had to think of one flaw of this place, the parking isn't as big/it felt limited on where you could park. Otherwise, would go again!

I came for the boba but they said it wouldn't be ready for 45 minutes... during lunch hour. That's why I gave this place a 4 star... boba wasn't even available

We ordered the following from the menu: - Dim Sum sampler with its careful preparation and quality ingredients, it was well worth its moderate price. It did not disappoint. So delicious! - Chicken feet is my favorite dim sum dish. This version is the best, with a delicious and tender texture. I would definitely order this again. - Shanghai soup dumpling is expertly prepared and flavorful. - Peking roast duck, although the dish didn't have the typical spices I'm used to, but we enjoyed it and ate whole dish. - Salmon fried rice, decided to give it a try. Unmixed cooked white rice was visible in the fried rice, despite that, it was delicious. - Shumai Dim Sum, extremely tasty and satisfying. I would definitely return to this restaurant to try a different dish on the menu. 5 stars- Service in this restaurant is not only prompt and attentive but also friendly and welcoming, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for all diners. They have designated parking lot.

We were enjoying a weekend wine tasting and were staying down at the Meritage Spa & Resort about 9 min from Empress M. We ordered to-go and had a drink at the bar while waited. The staff were super friendly and food came out before we finished our refreshments. A local patron was paying her bill and said this was the best Chinese food in town. There was a nice patio, both covered and uncovered. The dining room looked inviting as well. We enjoyed potstickers, sesame chicken, crispy walnut shrimp, beef short ribs and chicken chow mein. It was all delicious. Parking is limited around the building but there was a sign that read additional parking next door at the tire shop.

My husband called the night before Valentine's Day and was lucky to get a reservation for 3! Our reservation was at 5:30pm but we ended up arriving @5:00pm and they took us in! We ordered the dumpling sampler, chow mein, hot and sour soup, calamari, more dumplings & Mongolian beef! The whole bill cost $183 including tip. The calamari is probably the best dish ive had so far. Some of the foods we had were salty but we let it pass and took the rest home. It's a beautiful dining area & super family friendly. Highly recommend this place for a late night family dinner. The only downside is that it's hidden in the back of the car dealerships and the parking is extremely limited.

We ordered a large order from Empress M over the weekend at my job. Everything was extremely tasty but the Peking duck was the only item I was able to catch a photo of and honestly, it deserved its own photo anyways. Sooooooooo good! This is only my second time having this dish and I will order it again and again.
